I think you knew that pontooner...an article Like this that has yet to be huge in the media will prolly get backpaged in the papers to keep it kinda quiet. The fact that the lib admin is taking AZ to court has been running for how long?
Obamy promised help was a joke according to the AZ Governor. Unless that's changed he just gave the lip service to the media and then did little to nothing for AZ.
I hope he does a stellar job in deporting and stopping this crises. If he does great!

It has been pretty big new the last few days everywhere I have seen with the AZ immigration law set to go into effect Thur. Maybe Faux didn't give it any love but I don't know for sure.

Tell me this, if they changed the law to if both of your parents are not citizens of this country and you are born here, you are not a citizen, dont you think that would stop alot of immigration, and save us alot of money! This is the dumbest law I have ever heard, its ridiciulous. I was born in Germany, but I am not a german citizen. Change that one law, and see what happens!!!

I found some stuff about it last night and was going to post that I did but a storm knocked my electric out for a little but and I didn't get back on to post. But any way it's politics and we'll never know which one of the two is playing the game the hardest.

Your wrong about me being in love with any politician, has never happened and will never happen. I try not to let the biased stuff get in the way of my thinking of stuff that is good for the country whether it's from the left, right.......

Dang I said this on here a month ago. I know none of this is proven or can be but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know what's coming. Any administration that helps the illegals with amnesty is gonna get a HUGE number of votes but they will immediatly lose a large amount of present American votes. So what the plan will be is to put old silver tounged devil out there on the stump and talk his way into a few of those votes. Latino senators and congress members will support him and there will be a huge spin on how they just increased the tax base or helped USA's security. They will talk about the money being spent on securing the borders and will toss a few billion at it.

Heck, he will be on the "spew" oops I mean the "view" and get all kinds of love from those women and whoever follows those Bon Bon eating loudmouthed over the hill windbags.

For the record I know every potus has let us down on this topic and so it's a problem that both sides have scars from but this goober and his administration is wicked and so power hungry(gubment control) that they will do anything to stay in power....anything.

I wish that they would let us gov and state workers turn in the illegals. But they say it violates their civil rights. I have illegals come in who are pregnet and have no ancor babies yet and we give them a denial letter, as they are not yet eligable as they have not had their ancor baby yet, but this letter helps them get med care anyway through another channel, I wish I did not have to do this sort of work as it goes against my belives but iI have to have a job, but it really disturbes me to administer benifits to someone who is using a false id, ss number etc, I have seen cks from certian companies that have a false name and num ber on it, as the illegal will give you one id and his check will have another name on it, and I cannot turn these crooks in as it breaks confiodentally, I feel that I am aiding and abeiting criminal activity. I deal with more illegals than any one on this board and it shames me to do this. In fact the state is going to furlough us and cost me money and also take away some of my benifits but these illegals keep theirs. They have helped bankrut this state as one of the main reason the state is having money problems is due to Medicade which is what the illegals receive. Also a fact is that illegals get food stamps for their ancor babies, while the same AMERICAN FAMILY cannot get them due to that we DO not count all the income for illegals, ie, an AMERICAN CITIZEN family of 4 that makes over 2000 a mth is ineligable for any food benifits but the same size illegal family will get 367$ a mth in benifits as we do not count all their income. This is discrimination against citizens, this is what makes me hate my job even more as I turn down hard working citizens everyday but give benifits to crimals, and the saD THING IS NOW THAT i HAVE SPOKE OUT I can lose my job. freedom of speach does not exist if you work for the state. I just want the people to know the truth.

Bobby Headrick - I feel your pain...I'm glad I don't have your job...I'm not sure I would do very good at doing what you do. It's kind of like how I would never make a good cop. I tend to judge a book by it's cover...I know we shouldn't, but this is a fault of mine. If a fella has to use one hand to hold his pants up then in my opinion he can't get much work done...this is me and just one example of how I judge a book by it's cover.

I'm glad you gave us some insight, you're someone who has first hand face-to-face experience with how much illegal activity goes on. I have never been to the Arizona/Mexican border so I don't know for sure how unsecure it is. From what I'm gathering it sounds to me like it's as simple to cross our border as it is for me to walk across the street to my neighbors house. I have a feeling that if more people witnessed for their own eye's the things that you do and to see furst hand for themselves exactly how insecure our border is, then maybe a lot more of us might get more active and speak our minds where it counts.

I also feel like even though "most" of us smelly fishermen who frequent this fishin.com site to moan and complain and let off steam about our spineless spoon-fed president, that all we're doing is wasting our time and energy. It's all falling on deaf ears boys. But I'm l ike the rest of you in this deal...I take every opportunity I can to preach the gospel about how lame our president is, about how stupid and wasteful Cash for Clunkers was, and that the ONLY reason he and his democratic idiots are doing everything they can to block Arizona's Law (known as SB 1070) is because they know darned good and well that whatever they do to try to stop this law promises to play into the elections in November, which also just happens to be when NOBack NObama's Democrats will be fighting to retain control of Congress. It's kind of ironic ain't it? Sounds to me like perfect planning on the part of the U.S. Court to set a November date for appeals hearings.

For the record...I have the utmost respect for the Presidential Office and all that it stands for...but I have absolutely NO respect for NOBama! I know this falls on deaf ears, but it sure feels good to sound off!

They have been flocking here for over 16 yrs, and NOW, and now we start caring about it?Go to that chicken processing plant in albany ky, and see who they hire, and how. They used to have a contractor who supplied them with immigrants.That was 8 yrs ago, did anyone care then? The company that cleans the roads hires scores of these immigrants to [pick trash and weed wack, and the state pays this contractor to break the law, did you care then?Just go to atlanta once, every panel truck has two ladders on it, and 6 mexicans in it, and american roofers are unemployed. Same with dry wallers. If you jail the employer, the problem will cease, or is that to simple for you?

I try to teach my kids that actions have consequences. If you break one of my laws you have to suffer the consequences. Why in the world would we govern any different. If a pregnant woman breaks the law to come to our country to have an ancor baby and gets caught, she is the one that may potentially separate her from her baby. Who says she has to go but the baby has to stay. She should take her baby with her to where she came from and apply for citizenship. Sounds pretty easy to me. She knows right from wrong and she chose wrong. There are consequences. That goes for all the ones that break our laws. Why in the world would we say it is complicated. It's not, we choose to be this way for votes pure and simple. There are progressives in both parties that would love to see a one world government. To achieve that goal you have to have open borders. I agree that if you start jailing( or fine the snot out of them, our government is good at that) those that break the law by hiring illegals and enforce other laws, the illegals wont have anywhere to go but home. They were leaving AZ before that judge got involved. Now they are in the streets demanding more rights. What! Sounds like a joke doest it? Here's another one, the feds suing AZ because they threaten to enforce fed law. Is that a joke? Common sense is all I say. Actions have consequences and we are a country of laws.

No ___ Sherlock. Who said NoBack Nobama hires illegals to begin with? I thought there were already laws in place to make sure employers didn't hire illegals...is there or is there not? Maybe there are but the laws are not being adhered to and cetainly not being enforced. What you write makes tons of sense to common folk like me...maybe you should write Noback Nobama directly and ask him why he, Arizona and everyone else doesn't start locking up the employer's or handing down stiff fines and penalties to the one's who "get caught" hiring the illegals....with emphasis on "getting caught". Several years ago in Glasgow there was a chicken processing plant, that plant was raided by feds and the owner and plant mgr were arrested and put in prison for hiring illegals and all the illegals were deported, that plant has since been torn down,why dont they do that now, simple these factorys are in the local polititions back pockets and teses ilegal hiring practices are just overlooked. I see the same illegals names weekly in the newspaper in Beaver Dam arrested for dui, no ins,no licences etc, why are these immediataly deported, if that was me or you guys we would be thrown under the jail, also if we get caught with fake ids we go to jail, the illegals in my county go to work at Perdue and other chicken factorys and farms. Call it irony but I call it discrimation and a major violation of mine and your civil rights. We are expericing a takover like none ever imangined, and not a shot will be fired. Simple invade a country inmass and then deplete that countrys economy and overpopulate it, these illegals have no sense of birh control as they have a baby every year. I have clients who have one in the stroller one on the breast and one in the oven and three others at home, some lees than a year apart. Also Grumpy the politicaly correct term is not illegal immigrents but we have to call them undocumented aliens, cannot offend them. I am glad to see this coming to a head, and yes KY it has been going on for a long time and it is not all Obamas fault, when we went to war our focus changed and these illegalls used this to their advantage, a lot of our border security personal are also Nat guard and military reserve, and they are not here so we really cannot blame just one administration it has been in the works for a long time and when any wound is left to fester and unattented to it will soon become a deadly infection. I have written my rpes and also the prez about what I said in the earlier post but got no response from any. It is sad that this has gone this far and is runing this country that I love and that some of my friends and family have died for to protect. And the gall for them to protest, well since they are all marching and protesting then it should be very easy to load them back up and like the Taco Bell add run for the border.
