Grouting issue at Dam.

They shut down grouting work for a couple of day's this week due to possible runoff problems with a retention pond run-off into the river. The pond has a PH 11 level, it seem's that it was more of a permit problem with water control and EPA than a real threat.
I sure hope so, would hate to see any problem's with the river now that it's just becoming normal again.
